Classes
Group class are held in conjunction with Vitality Village, owned and operated by Dr Angela and Dr Monica. There are a varity of classes designed with intention and purpose to enhance fitness,function and mindset. They are lead by experienced instructors. Classes included are: yoga, Pilates, strengthening, balance, breathwork, pelvic floor, mobility training.
